Terms and Conditions

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing memberships, or attending classes at 29:11 Pilates & More ("the Studio"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create or approve their account, complete all required waivers and consent forms, and remain present during class participation unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Studio.

Each participant, including both the minor and the accompanying parent or legal guardian, must maintain an active membership or purchase an applicable class package or drop-in session unless otherwise specified by the Studio.

Booking and Attendance

Classes must be reserved through the Studio's booking platform. Check-in begins 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Studio doors lock 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class once the doors are locked.

Memberships and Payments

Membership fees and class package prices are listed on our website and may change with advance notice.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date. All payments are final and non-refundable. The Studio does not offer membership freezes, holds, pauses, or extensions unless otherwise required by law.

Retail merchandise, including apparel, tote bags, grip socks, beverages, and wellness products, may be offered for purchase. All retail sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Clients must cancel reservations at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Reservations canceled within 12 hours incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling results in a $15 no-show fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before booking or attending future classes.

Health and Safety

By participating in classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You affirm that you are physically able to participate and agree to inform Studio staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations.

Pregnant clients must provide written clearance from their physician or OB-GYN before participating in classes. The clearance must include any restrictions or limitations applicable to exercise participation.

You agree to stop exercising immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

Liability Waiver

Participation in Studio classes and activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 29:11 Pilates & More, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to participation in Studio activities. All participants must complete and sign a separate liability waiver before attending classes.

Personal Property and Studio Policies

The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients are encouraged to store valuables securely while attending class.

To promote a focused and distraction-free environment, phones and other electronic devices are not permitted during class unless expressly authorized by an instructor.

Photography, videography, or other recording within the Studio is prohibited without prior written consent from the Studio.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, videos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of 29:11 Pilates & More and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
